LIVE online CLASSES

The world has cahnged! And I’ve adapted by taking my studio classes online.

These popular classes take place over Zoom where I take you through 55 minutes of Mat Pilates or Yoga in the comfort of your own home.

Choose from Group classes, duo classes or 1-2-1 classes.

You’ll need a Mat and some small pieces of equipment. Have a look at our FAQ page for some tips on your home set-up.
